I am relatively new to Archeage and I have been experiencing an issue in several different areas in which I am seeing on my minimap and the regular map the "!" appear, but the npcs that give these quests are nowhere to be found. I did notice when you hover with your mouse on the regular map it says who the quest giver is, but when I go to that location, they are not there.
