Me and my girlfriend logged in again today for the first time in ages...

I got a wayfarer's cloak in the mail, and she didn't.

Is this a bug? We've both been absent from the game for about the same amount of time and she started playing pretty soon after me. How come I got something that she didn't? Can we contact anybody about this?
