So, i have the ring yet the reforge part of the quest won't start. Instead it says that i have not completed the first part of the dream ring quest.... which you can see i have the buff the ring is equipped i tried leaving the cave / killing myself logging off and on. nothing works and i cant get the area to acknowledge i have the dream ring on.
