Pirate not guilty coming to his faction

Hello,

• When pirate is dying on main land he is going to trial or jail.
• Pirate can get innocent when he is on 3000 infamy and crime points its sending him back to his faction.

But when pirate is in raid and he is going back to his faction, he is still in his raid with other pirates :D
This person for time when he is in pirate raid can /w /trade or do what he want with other people from this raid.
