Compensation gave nothing

I log in on AA website, go into account, see compensation, I applied it to my character, go in thegame to check it out, but there is nothing in mail or inventory I got from it? Anyone else got nothing, too?


edit: got it in mail after 2+ hours (20 gift coins)
