What is gamigo's stance on PVP?

I'm making this thread because it has always bothered me how Trino and XL put their effort into destroying interesting features instead of fixing what was actually broken.

This game's PVP/PK system has been so dumbed down over the years, let me make you a recap for thoses that might have left during 1.2 or after auroria and may think they'll join the same game :

1/Housing Area are now safezones, even on conflict Area, meaning that if you're targeting someone he can seek refuge in any safezone (even if you attacked him before he enters the zone).

2/ Traders outpost and its surrounding are safezones, meaning it's easier for a red to deliver their pack on the opposing continent (which could be seen as good but totaly defy the logic of faction vs faction, as you are safe on your enemy territory ?)
So RIP all thoses fight in Ynystere/Cinderstone harbor.
It also encouraged huge trade run alts since once you've reached the outpost, you can deliver your packs without worrying about getting ganked

3/Most conflict areas now cycle automaticaly, meaning you actually don't need to pvp there for it to go to peace time, Which also means that people will just sit and wait for peace period to procs to go out on theses zones... killing most of PVP encounters as people do not roam anymore... and killing players is no longer a necessity).

4/Halcyona is now a battleground. You have to join an instanced map where it's only 100v100v30(the latest being the pirates). So totally emptied halcyona from its PvP roots.

5/Library was originaly pvp free like hasla was, but got nerfed in our version making it a peacezone so that you couldn't contest your farming spot.

6/Diamond shores has been butchered throughout the years : first they added safezones all around the outside library, then they hadded cannons that kill any reds/PK on sight... all over the map.(especially around the npc trader). And lastly they introduced fortress that took out most of the area into a safe heaven.

7/Removal of player faction which at first was great due to the fact it increased the potential number of player you could kill/be killed by. (The removal was a good thing tho since most geared/PVP players went inside the same one, leaving no other competiton).

8/Adding a pirate cap of 100 people max. You can no longer choose the pirate life by your own will. Also meaning less competition if thoses slots are taken by people that don't go PVP or worse, alts.(where in legacy, a slot is actually sold at 10K+ gold.. if of course you don't get scammed in the process).

9/Most of pirate island is now a safezone thanks to the original guards patrolling but mostly thanks to the now-safe housing zone (that covers half of the island)... it also seems that pirate are/will no longer be able to fight each other?

10/PK has been changed from 1 to 10 pts for a hit and 10 to 50 pts for a kill. It seems we will be getting a far worse version of it. 100pts for a kill with instant wanted debuff, granting you a 100min jail time.
So now you'll no longer be able to contest guilds over freefarming and owning a server if they are on your side. You'll also no longer be able to defend against trolls or even take back what's yours (if you get ganked by 2 people, only one will get the debuff..meaning that you'll get the debuff for kill the other one aswell).
Also desstroyed the farming spots contesting which was a huge thing in hasla.

11/Added a dominion option which is a gvg where you can declare war to an other guild.. this was good until they added a peace treaty that a guild could maintain for as long as they want... Totaly destroying the purpose of the system.

This is just a shortlist of how much PVP changed from launch and it's jsut a start. The fact is that this game is becoming like any other Wow/eso MMo rather than an Eve online/Lineage 2 type of game, which it was originaly.

So i'm really intrigued in how XL/gamigo are planning to handle this aspect. Would they destroy it more?
Archeage was unique in a sense that you could do whatever you want but it's becoming more and more instanced/restrictive killing the open world.

For people that will just call me a PK ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥, i'll just say this : I've always played a healer and being ganked was a nightmare for me since i couldn't defend myself... HENCE WHY i teamed up with people to actually protect our property. and this feeling of constant danger was thrilling. I rarely went PK except if it was for a troll/known pk players.

This ain't a solo game.
