Wont let me log into pts because of a login error.

I have the 50$ pre-order pack i sat in queue 6 hours earlier today when the server first came up. i finally got on for 30min after reset then my game crashed randomly for some reason and i got another 4,000 queue so i just got off to take a break because i was mad then 2 hours later i try to log back into the game and i encounter this issue just before i reach the server selection page:




Nothing ive done yet works. i cant even get to server selection page to sit in queue another 6 hours...


what do i need to do to fix this so i can test AAU -.-
