Player faction is a ZERG guild dedicated to recruiting to push end-game progression and building a community of propaganda machines. We continually strive to recruit, and through that, we may win. It's safe to say that Player Faction (and subsequently TT6) is much more than just a guild about winning or losing - it's a zerg chasing free farm.

We have always stood by the assumption that Player Faction members will no life content, rage quit teamspeak when we lose and spread propaganda whenever you can. Recruitment is not limited and we stand firm by our standard that its better to raid with 100 people than to accept even number fights. Our guild has no expectations of a high skill level. Player Faction will always strive to define itself as the underdog.

Guild Vision

To be a huge zerg of numbers who can barely stand to be around each other. Guild chat and TS remain open, full of rage and tears. We feel our numbers is the single most important attribute to our success.

To challenge world bosses. We consistently attempt increasingly more challenging PVE. We rely on our numbers rather than the ever popular skill factor. Because of this, we expect a lot of members in our guild. We want our members to be in game 24/7 to accomplish the never changing encounters we go up against as a zerg guild on Kyrios.

Sacrifice your life. This is hard to put into words but it can be explained by saying; we expect total disregard for self-worth. Our members will do everything in their power to put guild before self and help maintain the zerg. We have all zerged very hard to establish a reputation of numbers and will continue to do so through our recruitment and propaganda.

Guild Standards

Play 24/7:

We strongly believe that a guild that plays 24/7 and that is dedicated to the overall guild achievement will succeed. This does mean being 24/7 in endgame, also putting up with eachother and recruiting more members. Numbers in a team is the key to success in ArcheAge. The guild has a wealth of spies stealing knowledge from the officers, members and guild leaders of AA. We know the zerg, we've led the masses, and now is our time to maintain our ranks after kyrios server has been made "PVE" forever.

Distribute Wealth for help:

Player Faction uses the Catalyst system to decide who gets what. Attendance, previous loot, tenure, and other factors are not used when making decisions about loot. The purpose of this system is to help Catalyst progress while slightly rewarding people for zerging. That said, there is always plenty to go around for the officers. People who honor tonic off cooldown and are on 24/7 are given preference on loot over those who do not worship Master Elusios. We have fostered an environment where acts of Modding like using "Hax folders" are more needed than player integrity.

Recruit Everyone:

The officers and myself have been in different guilds in days past where they have not had recruiting practice. Lax recruiting practices can lead to getting what could be a “few members” to a “whole server.” We want content that is freely farmed and NaCl/ Crippling Debt free. We do not want to stop recruiting members even if they are negative, have poor attitudes and cannot work with others well. This being said, we feel it's important that during the course of a recruit's timeline in the guild that they are active 24/7 and show their commitment to being a unknown member before achieving "Elusios worshipper" status. While we do recruit any players as it is, we will not hesitate to “trim the tree” when a player has been offline for more than 6 hours. We will not discriminate based upon race, creed, religion, or age... unless you're in TT6 then join your own guild. If you can play ArcheAge, be told what to play, earn your keep, never speak, play everyday, and can mod your game, you will be given every opportunity.

Cause as much drama as you can:

We seek to destroy guilds by causing drama. We have instituted a no "good fight" policy. This means that if you are excessively friendly, helpful, not fighting with others, not flaming on the boards or doing anything that could damage the reputation of another guild, you will be warned, and if the action was serious enough, you will be removed from the guild. This is a stuffy-ass, super-strict guild - trust me we rage alot! But please know that there are limits to what is considered acceptable. S@%t talk your enemy, kick their corpses - convince everyone they deserve it. Use "master" when refering to Elusios in guild-chat, public chat, and in TS. Who cares what you say if you’re new, not everyone knows your personality and things can easily be turned around with enough voices. Additionally, starting or participating in flamewars on the official AA server boards for Kyrios is encouraged. Get an anonymous forums account and grab some guildies before you post so they can back up what ever you make up.

As a zerg, we are focused on loot above server health. Fanning the flames of a forum battle is a good way to maintain this and is our way. Remember the golden rules of Internet gaming forums: "No one ever admits they're wrong, and everyone wants to have the last word. Do worry if you make yourself and your guild look like a band of idiots." We are an anti-PVP guild meaning we pop peace treaties for no reason and only remove them if we are guaranteed to have more numbers than our enemy.
