I heard the black arrow will be purchasable with 500 gilda. Does this mean we can no longer get the black arrow the original way with a 500g purebred certificate? I have asked several people including faction chat, and looked it up but can't seem to find an answer. I also probably don't have time to download PTS to try test it before patch.
