2. Search the ocean floor under the lifeboat for an area of bubbles

3. Reveal the shipwreck using the sonar skill
4. Manually dig out the shipwreck in 30 steps using 300lp or in 3 steps using compressed air from submarine.
5. Attach 10 Recovery Pouches using 50lp
6. Cut the ship free using 100lp

7. Unwrap the 8 parcels using 60lp each. Sparkling parcels need 100,000 exploration experience.

8. Pick up the 16 trade packs and hand them into an Ocean Trader (Commerce Experience).

* Each unwrapped cargo has 2 trade packs. There are different values of packs from basic ones worth about 9-10g up. The highest value pack I found while testing on PTS was an Arcane "Ancient Literature Cargo Pack" 44g 57s.
