The basic skill bar originally had 4 options that you could rotate through using the up/down arrow next to the lock. The arrows originally only rotated the basic skill bar NOT the 2nd and 3rd skill bars. Since the patch, the basic skill bar has only three options, and the arrows rotate all three bars. The fourth bar option on the basic skill bar is missing and all the skills from that bar have been moved to the 2nd rotation of the 3rd skill bar.
