This will probably seem like another "complain that I have bad RNG" thread, however upon asking several other people they seem to have had similar results. I have dumped about 40 regrades into a magnificent gale ring, from arcane, and have not gotten past heroic once. Anyone else experiencing this with accessories or is it a few outliers clouding my view?
