I just got outbid while trying to buy Delphinad Summer Sword on Epic grade for 46k, the thing is the guy did this literally while auction was disappearing from the listing. My friends were watching the auction and last thing they saw was my bid and then it disappeared while i got failed bid notice on my mail box. I know there is 3rd party program for this. Is this allowed? Can i also use it to win auctions in last millisecond? And if not allowed is it in any way punished?
