Blaue Schleife / Blue Ribbon Contest

Hallo ,ich habe im so um den 21-25 Januar den ersten Platz belegt.
Auszahlung sollte am 8.02.16 sein ,aber bis heute ist nichts gekommen.
Im Livechat konnte man mir auch nicht helfen und verwies mich auf das Bug Forum.
Nun würde ich wirklich gerne mal wissen was da los ist und ob jemand ähnliche
Probleme mit dem Event hat bzw hatte.

Hello ,sorry for my english but it is not so good.
I take the 1st Place on the Blue Ribbon Event on 21-25 January ,i dont know the
time exactly.
The Item Distribution from 06 is via mail on 8.02.16
I wait now for a long long time but nothing in in my mail an nobody can help me.
What is this ? A Bug ? A Fake ?
I hope someone can help me.
