question about the spy program

Hello community I have questions in my mind about the spy program the one that glyph installed in our PC

1/ is that program have the ability to read secret information like bank account .. credit card number ... fb account and password etc ?
Keep in mind I only uses rixty or PayPal with trion
2/ what that spy App watch beside running application

3/ how to remove it my Kaspersky didn't get alarm even when I searched inside glyph folder it keep give me a Clean result

4/ in Case I couldn't remove it is it dangerous to my information ?

Keep in mind I don't have steam or warden so I don't knows what type of application they installed
