Title self-explanatory, keeping this as short as I can.
Suggestions and reasons we already have:
Merit Badges - liked because easy to obtain, low effort, no real bullshit involved. Disliked because low effort, potential to make them way too common, promotes alt farming for multiple designs, forces future content to have a higher gearscore requirement than it would have had due to long-term effects as upgrading to erenor will be made easier
Heart of Ayanad dungeon fix - liked for obvious reasons. Disliked because old cheese methods should be fixed, takes time, likely to be applied with 2.9 Ascension update.
Scrap system - liked because effort involved, doesn't make them too common, doesn't have as negative long-term effects. Disliked because labor system involved, RNG drop reliant, promotes botting for scraps provided they drop from mobs and coin purses, effort involved and time consuming.
Change focus to obsidian as end-game equipment - liked because easier to craft, bonus equip effects due to being designed for hybrid classes, not as RNG reliant due to salvaging non-upgradable equipment, what's currently used by the majority at this moment. Disliked because equipment is mainly for hybrid classes and not single-purpose classes, gimps single-purpose classes of stats not available on the obsidian equipment, boss farming with equipment that potentially doesn't have players at the proper gearscore requirements, #savearchery
Change successful unseal rate for sealed items - liked for obvious reasons. Disliked because doesn't really change anything.

Change current reforge recepies to use materials in addition to wisps (to thus lower wisp requirement).
Have scrap system designed to promote boss fights in heart of ayanad and library bosses (designs dropped by bosses, scraps from mobs).
Have scrap system designed so scraps can be made via crafting library items, similar to eye rift soul equipment.
