Hey there, We don't ban players without reason, but we won't be able to discuss bans of other people with their friends. Ask your friend to send an email to appeals@trionworlds.com and we'll work with him directly. Account bans can't be resolved via the forums, so make sure he gets that ticket in as soon as possible.
