User blocking trade stations

I wont name the accused, but I am here for help with the matter. He apparently has been reported by another user but according to said user, no response has been given so I am going to post here for help. Basically, here's the deal:

User blocks trade stations in west Gweo and Solzreed stations with rubber trees and others to prevent access to or from said trade station. I along with some others remove the said trees only to be reported and receive crime points by the accused from him reporting us. As of now, I personally stand at 435 crime points and am wasting labor to remove these trees to ensure players can peacefully make their packs and conduct their trading. Since devs seemingly do not want to respond to their reports, I ask the community for help and hopefully receive a forum Dev's help in the matter. I believe this sort of act is bannable and if a GM or dev or whatever wants their name, I will happily give the name of the user involved. As far as I know, the user has two aliases he uses to torment the public. I can also give you the name of the person in the game who had sent in the report with seemingly no reply.
