Seriously guys - isn't enough enough?
Trino has little to no influence over the type of changes necessary to make many of the improvements right or wrong people are asking for.
Additionally Archery has been a challenge to play since the game started and hasn't improved much so after 2 years of this isn't it obvious that the makers and owners of the game aren't that enamoured with Archery and aren't going to make major changes any time soon?
Additionally there are at least 60 other classes that are also challenging to play many of which don't include archery either but we don't seem to have 20 forums posts finding their way into every single conversation regardless of topic about them (posted by same 10 guys it seems too).
I'm not trying to minimize the issue nor am I not saying that archery isn't challenging, please note the challenging bit rather than broken, but surely you guys can give it a rest for a while or go and learn to play something else....
My own experience is that yes Archery is typically a support class, historically and in games stretching back since the dawn of time but the reasons for this aren't by accident. When I played games where this was not the case the game ceased being rock, paper, scissors and evolved into Archery > everything else and basically became Age of Archery and solo kiting boss kills and in its own way stuffed these games.
Archery is not right at this point in time, we get it but even a minor tweak to Archery damage coupled with min/maxing speed and therefore the ability to maintain distance will be an issue in this game with the way the mechanics work and no-one wants an archery version of a DR with a 1 2 3 shot kill combo that results in Age of Archery.
I still laugh remembering AOC where until level 20 or 30 there was no other choice to play as you could kill anything without ever getting hit the way it was set up.
We all just have to accept that the game as it stands cant manage nor wants to resolve this issue so please stop with the Archery is broken spamming and go play something else FFS.
The argument is tired and boring and it should be obvious by now no one really cares and your argument is no more valid that the other non useful 50 - 80 potential builds in the game.
