I have a skill saver pendant in my bag that I cant use due to the (3) skill savers as the limit. Can i get a cashop refund of the credist spent to get the 4th skill saver since it "cant be traded" or "sold" for anything in game.

I just started playing again after 3 months of being fed up with this ******** customer service. If you cant refund me 8$ for something I cant use then Im going to find a different game.
