Celestrata Bloodsong: Bound synth stones

As a few others in this thread have pointed out, the bound stones you get from this event can be put into a second costume and then later scrapped in order to get 50% of the stones back. The idea of this event was to help get stones to people starting out on the path of making a costume, not those who were already super far into it. However, there is still a way for you guys to get some use out of the event and either start a new costume from scratch or take advantage of the salvaging method.
