The costume from the rum runner rapids event claims it is a synthesis material, and it will not allow me to use it as a synthesizeable material for my costume, that being said my costume is only arcane so maybe this is why? or it is made for cloaks for some reason? i only have a epic delphinad cloak so i cannot see if it works on cloaks or not but it will not work on my costume.
