I know Disciprine has made a thread about this before but our island in Hasla is still for sale. Great for a wealthy family or small guild. The island is located north east of Veroe and can be glided to from the Veroe port.
The island currently boasts a built cherry treehouse and spired chateau. It comes with a google doc spread sheet that is an accurate map of the land to help you plan your land placement (this is serious farmville up in here, not some pleb shit). The properties we have down currently are 1x44, 2x28, 4x24, 1x16 and lots of 8x8s but the approximate size of the total land is 124x84.
We would be happy with demos, certs or a mix. Ive attached two screenshots from when it was in its prime.
