Questions about item transfer between servers + other questions

Okay, so I recently started playing ArcheAge again after being away from it for about half a year, maybe? [I don't recall] and was hoping for a fresh start since I came back to a relatively high level character and can't seem to follow the story much any more

sooo I was just wondering if I could transfer my money and items on my old character [which is in Ollo] to my new character [which is in Aranzeb] by mailing it over since that's usually how I do it with the other games I play

also, I just wanted to clarify if you can really only just make 2 characters if you have a free to play account [without buying an additional character slot scroll]
