Trion's Customer Support - Rate your Experience with

Hello everybody,

At the moment I have 4 Archeage patron accounts, down to 5, playing since Alpha, buying credits and so on.
I also play and played for long time Rift, and always as a paying customer, so I guess I can be considered a valuable or at least a long time Trion's customer.

There is one thing that I can't really get right with Trion: The customer support.

I had plenty of negative experiences with it, I always felt poorly considered, if not at all (my signature is just an example)
Most of the time getting scripted, frequently out of topic answers.
Basically the customer support doesn't listen, I call it "The Wall", because this is the feeling I get everytime I am in contact with them: to talk with a wall.

After yet another negative experience with the support - for a simple conduct violation report of an unknown, and very racist/insulting player (who was not even offending me, but still)- I started to believe that maybe I am simply very unlucky with this Trion service.

I would like to hear what you think about Trion's customer support, and if you feel they are truly helpful and there for us.
