Which EU server?

Hi there,

I`m a long time registered, never really got into the game player.
I`m from the piece of land they call Europe.
I`m in the game for the PvP, drama, and all that stuff. Couldn`t care less about any sort of a grind.

Given the description above, which EU server would you reccomend me?
Also, I read that the ping in this game make a big difference in PvP. Is that true? Cause if it`s not, I might consider some NA servers as well.
