Wether to go east or west on new server?

So im returning to the game because of this fresh server!!

I am indecisive as to go east or west. Will both be as populated as eachother?

Are east guilds more mature than west guilds? People tell me they really are.

Im going to be looking for a good friendly hardcore guild when the game launches to rock on with!!!

I played West when i last played!!!
