the merge is in 1 hour... i do not have time to wait for xlgames to perhaps answer my question on the forum... it is not in the official newsletter and not on the forums which is the reason i came here in the first place

well i wanted to know if, when the game is back up again,everyone will start at 1 point in the game, or if everyone will start in the location they last were
and if its 1 point, then id like to know where

yes i have another question concerning the anniversary boxes
theyre limited time items.... the time left is 5 days... 2 of those days will be taken due to the fact that the game will be down.... will the event possibly be extended or will maybe the timer stop counting down during the merge? or is everyone basically screwed and not able to get the 15 token gifts

As of now, the Anniversary event is scheduled to last until 09/15/2015, if any compensation or extension of this event occurs, this would be announced on the official ArcheAge forums at:

yes im well aware that its no news that customer support is useless but still this conversation really ticked me off... i mean id still be kind of annoyed if they just told me they cant give me that info but to make me wait for it and give me the same useless automated messages again and again? as much as i love archeage, trion and xl are doing everything to make even the most dedicated players (not saying that i am one of them) quit. if anyone has any information regarding my unanswered questions its more than welcome, but youre probably all in the dark regarding these matters just as much as i am.
Let's hope the merge will go well.
