TrionBrasse: Loyalty token glitch after login onto alt account.

I don't have any characters affected by this, and I am not at the Celestrata level of expertise in AA, so bear with me as I ask...How does having negative loyalty prevent you from crafting? We have our Dev team on planes heading back to the studio after the epic Austin server trip, so I am just trying to gather more info right now.Brasse
