Played since launch, I would like my name back.

I've played since launch, and now a character who played once a year ago forced me to change my name.
Seeing as Savage got his name changed back under the same circumstances, I would like my name changed back as well.

I've had a ticket in since Sunday, and yet to hear a response. REQUEST #333423

I also have yet to receive the compensation pack including the loyalty for the land I owned.
