droppin my prime, what shal i do

am sick of gettin rekt, im not p2w ive been archer since the bigining,

i am after a build that is simple, and cheaper to be better than an archer

my main gear is
divine fugative, divine ephorium neck, div illus ring,cel illus ring, cel mag ears,
t3 cel leather obs (mats to make t4) rest is random obs and crap,

so ofc id need to sell what i can, i havent taken my hellkissed wepon yet,
gear score is 3606

im after a build that with selling these items i could make more viable than an archer,
i need to live n not get 2shot, and deal decent dps

any suggestions?
