Cannon Damage - FIX wanted

Since the last few Threads about this were ignored and very few people were actually aware of this Issue:

The Tooltip of Cannons, describing their damage values is completely wrong.

Here some actual stats from Cannons on green (they still behave the same at higher grade, just didn't have access to all of those types at a same higher grade, you are welcome to do some tests yourself with higher grades):

High Speed:
Tooltip says: 721-781 Damage
Tooltip of the Fire Button says: 620 Damage
Shooting at a completely stripped Ship: 656 Damage
Thats a DPS of 437.3

High Angle:
Tooltip says: 877-951 Damage
Tooltip of the Fire Button says: 914 Damage
Shooting at a completely stripped Ship: 968 Damage
Thats a DPS of 484

Naval:
Tooltip says: 930-1007 Damage
Tooltip of the Fire Button says: 740 Damage
Shooting at a completely stripped Ship: 785 Damage
Thats a DPS of 392.5

Multipurpose:
Tooltip says: 646-699 Damage
Tooltip of the Fire Button says: 420 Damage
Shooting at a completely stripped Ship: 446 Damage
Thats a DPS of 148.7

As you can clearly see, aside from the High Angle Cannon, that actually does MORE damage than the Tooltip states, the other Cannons do 13-20% LESS damage than their Tooltip states (multipurpose actually a lot less, but that one is shit anyways^^), pretty much making every Cannon aside from the High Angle Cannon for Sea Combat rather worthless. (don't have the High Caliber in there, that one actually does around 25% less Damage than the Tooltip states at Celestial)

Basically:
High Angle has best Damage, best Range, best everything, other Cannons crap.

Could we PLEASE get a reasonable balancing, maybe, for example, the Damage Values thats stated on the Tooltips since those are actually pretty reasonable instead of some random shit thats not even documented anywhere?
