why not just reduce the cost of regrading?
there's no reason for the extravagant cost to regrade anymore and it's why almost nobody regrades anything. why not just reduce it? why does everything in this game have to be painful? i know you only care about selling apex but nobody is going to buy it to regrade anymore, let us get rid of worthless ♥♥♥♥ like dunns blessings.

I may have accidently deleted my main hand weapon Im not sure if it was deleted or something but yesterday I ran GHA and used my scepter/sword in one weapon slot and my honor nodachi in the other after I finished the dungeon I went and equiped my shield and scepter in one slot and didnt bother change the nodachi in the other slot so I qued for halcy and once I got in I had no scepter. It was a 1 hand scepter T3 epic with full +3 magic crit dmg gems +18 temper. I have no idea how the item went missing but I must have deleted it by mistake some how. Has anyone here done an item restore before? Im really hoping Gamigo can help me restore the item, I really cant do any content without my mainhand.

Kick the afk in the events
Limiting a GS in events is a good thing, but kick an AFK player would also be an idea to put in place. Example again this morning, again and again of the AFK in the instances of Hiram and AFK on trolleys, we can't finish this event.
So, try to set up a kick in the events for these AFK players

Account Theft and Other Issues
Hello, I recently received my account back after it being hacked.
Here are some issues I'm having:

a.2 - Alt Account From Freshstart in 2016 (Reckoning) (Ticket#1214078)
I lost a majority of my bound items, mounts, gliders, hot tub, beds, and items from the creator contest wins as well as my obsidian gear. Most of these took years of hard work and most of it was documented and redeemed via glyph. I have documentation and proof of these items.
b.
This account is now region changed to Canada, a country I haven't even been to while playing this game. This prevents me from purchasing credits, patron, and anything else I desire.
c.
I cannot open tickets on this account as when I try to login on the support page, it goes in a endless loop of having me login at the support page and then sends me back to the main glyph page just to have to login again.
a. Has my username and is blocking my main account from getting it's name back as it was stolen before the merger. But do not remember the email so I cannot delete the character.I am eternally grateful for the fact that my account was returned to me even though I had to wait from October 28th 2018 to February 23rd 2019 to get a response and it returned. Now I hope getting my account usable and sorted doesn't take the same amount of time.

Double Regrade Event, when?
Hi, so far we have seen many double exp, honor and drop event but its been a long time since the last double regrade event. Double drop mean double the infusion for the hiram gear, but the crafted gear players dont get any benefit from it. Wouldnt it be fair to give us double regrade event from time to time aswell? So, are you in favour or against it?

Infusion drop rate
Is it just me or has the infusion drop rates in WHM gotten worse? like during the easter event I was averaging 45-50/hr on a daily basis with 160% loot drop rate. Now with the same buffs Im struggling to get even 20 infusions during war in WHM, its as if I dont even have the egg buff, anyone else getting this?

Founder's Account Recovery Issue
Hi guys,
I'm sure I'm not the only one affected by this, but I'm a veteran player who originally purchased (and played) on the release of the game back in 2014. I've recently tried to come back to Archeage and (for obvious reasons) I'm not able to recover/log into my original account, which has all of my Founder's gear, items, and characters on it.
I'm sure this is due to servers changing, merging and disappearing - however, I cannot recover my account for some reason. The "email" linked to the account does not receive the Trion email for authentication, or events. (Yes, it is a yahoo.com domain).
I've had a ticket in for a couple weeks now and still no response. I'd love to come back to the game and support you guys with Patron status, etc, but don't have the ability to log into my old account. I'd love some help! Thanks!

Weird loadings and spawn places.
So after 4 time queing Fall of Harim we got kicked out even tho there where enough people in.
Something new happend.
Loading screen kept on swithcing between diferent loading screens after loading screen. When i finaly got back after a few min i got stuck into the ground. Some of friends hade to close aa cause it dint do anything for them. Ones they got back they also found themself being burind in the ground.

my wings have disappeared
Hello
like in title on red dragon my wings have disappeared. We ware on RD and instance didint start, after secend quee insted of my rocket pack there was harpoon on my back :( on the third phase, harpoon shots to put the wings to protect against meteors after killing the dragon and leaving the instance instead of the wings iv got rocket pack but no wings in inventory.

Kamera Einstellungen
Mich stört es beim Fight das wenn ich ran gezogen werde und sobald der Stun endet laufe ich mit der Pfeiltaste nach vorne meine Kamera ist auch so automatisch ausgerichtet aber der Char lauft nach rechts, muss immer mit Maus korrigieren.
Gibt es hier keine solche Funktion bei der Kamera Einstellung ´´Verfolgung´´ das wie bei andere Spiele normal ist das ich einstellen kann ´´ Kamera immer ausrichten wie Char Richtung oder Char ausrichten wie Kamera Richtung. Jedes mal laufe ich irgendwelche andere Richtung als die Kamera schaut, ich laufe rechts Kamera schaut nach links. Gibts bei der Einstellungen etwas ? weis einer ?

Fresh start transfers
Since the other thread with 20 pages of constructive discussion apparently has disappeared, the people playing on fresh start would like 1 way transfers to legacy servers.
Fresh start playerbase is too low to support the activity that Archeage's content and economy requires, so we would like the opportunity to go to the more active servers.

Three mass disconnects tonight IN A ROW... really? One of them 3 mins into the start, so everyone lost a daily entry.
There should be compensation for this - if we're wasting daily entries to an unstable instance.

Item retrieval ticket nearing a month.
Request #1211333 was submitted on 5/8 in regards to some items I wouldve lost quitting the game years ago. Housing, farms, storage bins and many items within those storage containers. Returning to the game eager to rebuild my infrastructure and commerce but I am now pushing thirty days for a ticket, and likely will be longer. Initially I was patient thinking it would maybe take a couple of weeks tops but holding out for a chance to retrieve those resources is becoming difficult.
Looking for a moderator to help clarify how much longer my wait will be if possible.
