today i got a issue with a game bugg who instantly gave me a ban. i had a pack on my back in the hiram doungen and left the doungen with it by a mistake now my debuff is gone but i cant do anything and People see me on a diverent Location. Pls can u fix that i want to Play ^^

Double Credits Ended early??

I was literally on the page to buy credit at 20:00 server time only 30mins ago. I went to grab my wallet and when i get back the double credits is gone? We are still within the time frame. I dont see the point of buying credits now when what i expected to get was suddenly halved. It says its available June 4th. There is still 3hours left even now.

Justed wanted to say, these last days the game seem to work fine... better at least.
No random dc's.. no under maintenance message at login.. it even seems to work smoother on the fps.

Keep this up :-)

2nd fall of hiram

any chance to get a second queue for fall of hiram, with the potential dc, ♥♥♥♥ tier alt raids, being able to do it twice would allow those that actually try to do the event a chance to get close to the 190 reward per 2 as opposed to getting 1 run a day where ppl whine and go afk cause its to hard to do the event with the 10ppl that are doing stuff.

either that or when are you gonna find a real way to make it so ppl cant just afk a whole event but still get the rewards for it

PTS Maintenance - 1 PM UTC - June 5th

Greetings,

We are bringing PTS down for maintenance at 1 PM UTC on June 5th.

We are going to update the PTS so the version matches the live servers.
This patch will be approximate ~69 MB.
There is no ETA for the downtime but will update you as soon as the servers are online.
We also will be working on fixing the character slot issue.

new player concern

I play for about 6 days and i like the game. My only problem/concern is, there are not enough guides / videos updated on the web. The most videos are from 2014.

The servers are high but on web there is no real interest (youtube / twitch etc..) ... maybe Archeage company should use some marketing ?

Is there anyway to convert old costumes to the new chroma versions? For example my milkmaid costume isnt dyeable but you can now buy a dyeable version.
