You ignore the importants problems of the game like castles (subject of the moment, it is an example). You wait for the players to rage on 50 pages of the forum before doing anything.
You are not even present on your own game to see the daily problems that players encounter.
You let the gold sellers sell freely without doing anything.
We wonder why you took over ArcheAge, to do nothing? You have changed the servers for "stability", that's the only thing we've seen.
You are terrible slow at solving minor problems that ruin the game every day.
Do not be surprised if the game is worse today. Everyone does what they want, legally or not, under your nose. You close your eyes.
