I do not generate labor while offline even if i'm patron

i'm patron (30days left) and i have the patron status in game, but when i go offline i do not generate labor point, this started pretty much after the maintenance...
they said that they fixed the patron that disappeared problem, but that is another completly different problem that a lot of people have in game (asked in nation) and need to be solved, is literally impossibile to play without offline labor generation.

Can't redeem package on Glyph site

Hi,

I run into issue, I am a returning player and I try to redeem the package of the returning warrior and then it doesn't show my new character on Taris.


Only shows my character on NA - Aria.

Dye Tickets?

At the moment, the only way to get a dye ticket is from auction house. My question is, what's gonna happen when people run out and stop listing them on auction house? :confused: Can you please give us a different way to obtain these?

hi, ich habe seit dem 1.7.19 das problem, dass ich in Marianople ein Silo aufgebaut habe. Das Problem daran ist jetzt ich kann die Farm weder umstellen noch Packs daraus entnehmen. manchmal dauert es bis zur einer stunde bis ich ein pack rein packen kann und bekomme sie danach nicht mehr raus. was ich komisch finde ist, dass ich ebenfalls keine anderen gebäude die information einsehen kann.

hat das noch jemand oder bin ich die einzige?:mad:

hi, I have since the 1.7.19 the problem that I have built a silo in marianople. The problem is now I can not change the farm nor remove packs Neither change nor take packs from it. sometimes it takes up to an hour until I can pack a pack in and then they can not get out. What I find funny is that I can not see any other building's information.

Does anyone else or am I the only one?:mad:

We will be taking down the Archeage EU servers for maintenance on July 5, 2019 at 1AM PDT / 8AM UTC. This downtime is estimated to take 3 hours.

The size of the patch is ~70mb.

Changes with this Patch:
  • Fixed that some Auroria zones are not allowing pets and mounts to be summoned
  • Fixed the recipes for Violet Bloomfang, Kindled Spirit and Conker’s Cube that are exchanged for Manastorm Crystals at the Manastorm Fountain in Mirage Isle. This is only affecting new recipes.
  • Fixed recipes requiring Total Upgrade Tickets instead of the correct Multi-Wagon Upgrade Tickets.

The size of the patch is ~70mb.

We would like to know the current situation about
Sieges and Statue buff.

it seems you can't bid on castles currently, so sieges aren't possiable.

Statue for Nations disappeared from mirage
was nothing on patch notes about it

if both systems are on Hold, its OK
we just need a confirmation

kinda sux theose stuff weren't included in patch notes.

Magithopter Image items

Ok so i noticed this with the event Image Item "Magithopter Image: Freedom wings"
this item is not possible to put into the image tab to apply to another magithopter. Nor will any other magithopter I own go in that UI screen as well.

Narcissus

This evening riding thru southern Dewstone Plains, I suddenly realised that the narcissus now look like irises (hover over and the name is narcissus). Ive picked enough narcissus in the past to know their spawn points and these are exaclty the same places. When I get further north, near the excavation site where my farm is, they revert to their normal appearance.

Auction Timer Bugged

Hello,

Had an item for 24 hours on AH, it was good to go for another 2 hours, but I just received a mail about auction being finished.


Bid was 25 000g 10c
Buyout was 35 999g

I saw I had a bid but there was 2 hours remaining but suddenly the auction ended.


Check the Auction House, there is not a single item under 2 hours remaining, which suggests that the timer is incorrect on ALL items.


If you post a new item on AH, let's say you post for 48 hours = It will show 49 hours.

couldn't update the game after maintenance

the EU maintenance was completed like 5h ago but the button on my glyph launcher is just showing "play" not "update" and launch the game it disconnects me when i try to enter a server. (i was assuming the reasons of my disconnection were due to the fact that my client wasnt up to date )
