So, firstly, please note that the current contents and pricing of the credit store means everyone who pre-ordered the cheapest pack can buy literally nothing.
I hope there'd be no disagreement that shouldn't be rectified.
Then as a more general point, I feel the current credit store is both too expensive and should have more contents for launch day.
In general, as you lower the price of something demand will increase. So you can actually make more money by selling more for less, especially when it's a digital good which has no marginal cost. (caveat here, if you want an item to have rarity)
But also you want to have cheap items in the store to entice people to "dip their toe in" and use the store at all, add some credits to their account, etc.
Assuming the pricing of credits will be the same as Legacy, I feel like the maximum price of costumes should be 2000-2500 (with exceptions higher if explicitly intended to be rare), and there should be many options below that (toe-dipping).
Entirely separately from those points, the shop could also do with just a lot more choice in general.
ArcheAge has tons and tons of cosmetics which could be added, and launching with a strong selection will up engagement, earnings, and variety in what the playerbase buys (you don't want everyone looking the same, particularly if you do lower the pricing).
For example the entire swimsuit collection isn't there, and if this was intended for seasonal-rotations you'll have to wait about 9 months before you can make any money off of them, as well as making player who want those wait that time.
I'm not suggesting everything is added at once, and there's no limited-time or rotations of the shop, but there could just be so many more options than there currently are.
An entire extra section which could be added to the credit store is all of the housing decoration which isn't crafted. Like fencing, stone walls, etc.
Additionally, there are many things in the diligence store which could/should be in the credit store (they could be in both). In general, anything which is purely cosmetic and has no "power" associated with it should be completely fair game to be in the credit store (in bound form, of course).
For example, all the crest/customisable clothing and decor, all of the Halloween stuff, and the weapons skins (these things are currently only in the diligence store).
TL;DR Currently the cheapest pre-order pack can buy nothing in the credit store. And the credit store, in general, is quite expensive and bare. It should be fair game to put anything cosmetic (and bound) in the credit store. Please consider lowering prices and adding a wider selection for launch.
