The Server Are Busy... 5th day already
Hey guys, i want to understand what a he** is going on. I bought the AA: Unchained, but i can't play the PTS server.
Yesterday, in the live, was sayied that in the october 7th everyone will be able to play the PTS. But, how come, if people that have bought can't play yet.
Anyway, someone just fix this "son of god".

Device removed error, help me.
Hey guys it happened in AA and now in PTS. I keep getting black screen and after few moments device removed error.It happens when im in game world. I checked my PC temperatures in HWMonitor nothing is overheating. My drivers are new and I am using NVIDIA Geforce Gtx980ti graphic card. I cannot find a solution in google. Does anybody know how to fix this? I can play other games for example BDO.. Help :(

The constant fear of Gamigo not earning enough money?
Hey everyone.
After reading many Posts here in the Forum and spending hours following the discussions in Discord, I am really shocked how many people think that Gamigo will get bankrupted if they do not put overpriced Items into the Marketplace on a regular basis.
Maybe we should all consider (and i hope Gamigo will do that aswell), that normally Gamigo should try to make the Archepass their main income and not overpriced single buy Items in the Marketplace.
If they make it smart (and when we are honest we all expected that in the beginning) the income from the Archepass will replace the income they had before from the monthly subscription (Patron) of most players.
Especially when we think about that Gamigo wants to build up a new business model which will earn them money over the next years and not just in the short term, the Archepass will be the only "Item" in the Marketplace which is really able to grant them the wealth they are expecting (and are also deserving).
Seriously the only option to keep the game running (financially succesfull) over a long term is to make the Archepass unique and make the players feel like it is mandatory to buy it every month. This feeling you wont archieve by the players when you put more and more Items in the Marketplace, just to get "fast money" instead of building up a monthly Archepass which 1. keeps the players active and happy 2. will grant the company a stable income over years.
You can be sure that the huge part of the player base is willing to spend 10-15 on a monthly basis, but by far less people are willing or interested in buying costumes for 20-40 on a monthly basis. So like by the most businesses, you will get more money from more people spending less but regular, instead of some people spending a big amount of money on a unregular basis.
I really hope I am not the only one who thinks like that and hope that many other players will agree here, so we maybe get Gamigo to rethink their business model before it is too late.

What are the best Stats/Gear for Ebonsong?
Hey,
im new to the Game and would like to ask you some questions regarding Ebonsong, if you dont mind.
1. First of all i would like to know which Main/Offhand Weapon is the best for a Ebonsong? Does it even matter which Melee Weapon you use?
2. What Stats are the best for Ebonsong?
I would say from the looks of it on:
Weapon: Agility, Critrate, Critdmg
Armor: Agility, Health, Evasion
Am i wrong with the Stats?
3. I saw a Video where you can guarantee 2/3 Stats to be perfect by using a Catalyst Stone. Lets say i got a One Handed Sword and have only 2/3 Stats right and the third one is crap. How can i have a another Chance to get my third Stat right? How far should i upgrade the Weapon if i only have 2/3 Stats right?
Unfortunatetly there is no option to buy a another Bow. What am i supposed to do if the Stats on the Bow are completly wrong? How far should i upgrade a Bow if the Stats are crap?

open world war
Please ask XL to implement level/stats scale down base on the maps during wars. eg. Halcyona, a mid 30s map.
Even if we want to enjoy the war all you need is 1 high level/ end game gear guy running around and ruining fun or griefing quests. You guys already instanced the "Golden plains war", at least balance how open world is then. And with no p2w, what's the point in letting overlevel people show off their epeens against lower levels?

Quest Bug: Beneath Castle Ronbann
When trying to do the Lilyut Hills quest, Beneath Castle Ronbann, the torch would not clear away the webs despite pressing F. I noticed that others could get through, so I'm not sure why it would work for some but not others. I tried abandoning the quest and deleting the torch and starting over, but it still would not work.

Alt tabbing from fullscreen breaks starting weapon boxes
If you alt tab while fullscreen while the weapon box uncloaking window is open, the window disappears and you can no longer access the weapons. Relogging does not fix this.

Some notes on "the server is busy" bug
Just in case you havent worked out how to fix it yet I would like to add what I have noted.
I get this message every time if i am not using a VPN
the VPN I use reduces my ping from 238 to 180-190 so is there some threshold for latency that causes this message to come up?

[BUG] After sitting inthe court.. no keyboard
After sitting in the audiance of the court, the keyboard has no funktion.
i could walk only with mouse.
Is this a general thing, or only for me ?

Invisible horse equips
I've been having this issue with my mount (horse only, haven't tried other mounts) with both 2 characters i created on PTS. Basically I cant see my horse's equipments.

Archers with Main Quest Bow is broken.. No replacement at Weaponsmith
I know I heard this elsewhere but I didnt see it on the forums..
So if you either happen to throw away, roll the wrong stats and need to break it down to start over. There is no replacement Explorer bow to pick up at the Weaponsmith.. All other classes have a replacement where they can purchase at the Weaponsmith and start over except for the bow. Xlgames needs to add the Explorer bow to the Weaponsmith otherwise Archers are screwed right out of the gate..

Old quest gear skins
While the new gearing system is nice gameplay-wise, it is sad that we have to lose armor skin variety to do so. Might it be possible to add the old quest skins in game as purchasable from a vendor? Or perhaps as a reward from the questline alongside the upgrade components, but just as images instead of gear. Besides the old quest armor, it would be nice if the old profession armor skins could be sold by the Blue Salt Vendors too. One of the fun things of Archeage was being able to put together your own unique look. Now we all have the same gear and only that. It takes away the previous variety. Also, according to this reddit post, the different racial armor skins for the new quest armor can't be used as images to place over other armor.

Quest hiram available stats for shield/bow are incorrect (swapped)
I'm concerned that upgrading these items to t1 hiram will mess with the stats I already have, though even having the stats are they are carry over into hiram isn't good either. I'm not yet high enough level to awaken to t1 hiram so I'll update the post when I do the upgrades later today. Will be checking if the shield has an option to become m.def too.

Player returning to AA with unchained with a question on which server to join.
Hello, I left quite some time ago but am going to try the game out again. I was curious which server to target as I do want to do pvp and I heard there could be servers better for that. I am also going to be looking for a guild in that server but I know this is not the place for that question. Thank you guys for any clarity and have a good day.
