Been working on this for a couple of days. Figured it would be a handy tool for people to use when not near one of these houses. Tried to make it as easy to understand as possible. Let me know if there's anything I should fix or let me know of any typos or misinformation.

Renting Land in Rookeborne By Falcorth Jump Over - 30-40 Plots
I am looking to rent out all of my farms in rookeborne by the falcorth jump over area.
30-40 plots all connected. Mix of 16x16s and Gazebos. All in a private guild. Willing to negotiate on rate, percentage of farming materials, open to just about any idea.
The farms mostly sit empty so if someone wants to put to good use I am open to ideas.

WTS several pieces of land in Maha and Arcum, some with houses.
I'm quitting the game, for now. Just get bored of the day-to-day monotony, and I don't want to be tied down to it anymore the way Trion tries to force you to be since you lose your land if you quit playing.
That being said, I have invested hundreds of dollars in this game and in my land, and I'm not going to just let it all go to waste. I'll probably eventually come back, but I need to take a good long break.
Please note that all of my land in Mahadevi is in the northeastern section, near Queensgrove (just about due north of Queensgrove). It is by the specialty workbench AND the ocean. Also a great view.
Here's a list of what's for sale:
-Two 24x24 in Maha, land only (Lunar/Solar can't be sold).
-16x16 Cottage in Maha, or land only if you want.
-24x24 Apothecary Townhouse in Maha (not doing land only)
-24x24 Thatched in Arcum (not upgraded), maybe I'd do land only
All furniture and chests in the houses are not included. The Cottage and Townhouse have nothing permanent on the land outside the house (like animals, fruit trees, bamboo cage, beehives, etc.) but the Thatched does have 2 each of Duck, Goose, and Chicken cages which I believe would stay.
I'm not sure on exact pricing on each plot of land, but I do have a few offers already and I'm taking more. For what it's worth, all four plots in Maha are very close to each other but not touching except one of the 24x24 farms (that'll be land only) and the Cottage. If you are interested in purchasing any of these please send me a private message and we'll discuss it further.

Idea: Player-Owned Vendor
Hello All,
I'd like to see player-owned vendors which you can place on your property, house, farm.
Such as:
A player-owned vendor could be as simple as a chest set to public where each item is assigned a certain amount of gold. If you take an item out of the chest, a trade-like window asks for the assigned amount of gold, you put it in, finish trade, and deal is done. Or it could be an NPC which you can customize as you see fit (greeting message, clothing, and so on). Other games had them.
I really love housing in sandbox-type MMOs. It's a wonderful way to be creative, playful, let your imagination run wild. We really feel at home.
I think these vendors could be a nice feature to support the building of local communities or even regional markets. I don't think player-owned vendors would compete with the auctioneer in any way. It's more like a value-add for housing.

Does the skill: Pin Down induce a stronger stun after you combo it with Overwhelm? Im certain I saw this in a patch, or maybe it hasn't been released yet.

Character Artwork Commissions Revisit
I did a post a couple of days ago about selling artwork and it sort of trended in an unexpected direction which really wasn't the point of the post.
That aside I will not be doing commissions and instead keep the service on the down low/ available for particular player groups. There are a few players that would like to be drawn and I would like to draw you, maybe you will get a nice portrait one day but right now that wont be the case, I'm sorry.
