I cannot start honor quests in several of the zones. The honor point collector NPC has no quests for me, I don't have any in my quest log for those areas (do have some for others that are in progress, like 0/50, etc. For areas I've started in the past you simply start killing mobs in those areas to activate the quests. Asking people in game says it should still be the same. I'd purposely saved these quests for this double honor weekend and now I'm unable to do a good portion (I'll list below affected zones) I've killed multiple mobs and different mob types in all zones (ocean seabugs being the exception of course) and still these are not starting. I've also accepted (and in a few cases completed) the zone militia quests from the Blue Salt Brotherhood NPC. Any help would be greatly appreciated as this weekend provides a huge boost to honor for someone returning to the game after almost 2 yrs away and in addition building up a new character (the warborn storyline was awesome btw!)

Haranya zones I cannot start: Rookborne
Sea zones: I cannot start ANY of these..If there is a precursor no one I've talked to in guild or nation chat knows of it.
Nuian zones I've completed: Halcyona Avenging Angel, Sanddeep Avenging Angel
Nuian zones I cannot start: Hellswamp, Karkassee
