Question about double loot event :)
Dear, Trion!
I remember the stream about the upcoming patch with the Hauler's, Dream Ring quests and etc.
So from what I have understood while watching it, basically you stated it yourself that you have addressed the issue of pushing content quicker due to the gearscore disparity in between players being a huge problem and this is why updates needs to be delayed.
So the initial idea of double hiram loot and double loot drop rate for 2 weeks I understand is probably to make the gap little bit smaller and so on. But I'm gonna say what I think makes me (as 3.5k gs archer Ezi-FS) struggling to catch up during this event..
So since you doubled everything, now 85%+ of all the hiram spots all over the Auroria are occupied by 5.2-5.5k gs+, i saw once even 6k gs there(may be just testing idk). So while doing this they probably farm 1-2k+ honor for less than an hour(since im much weaker i get average of 500-600 honor per 30mins) just from these honor gems the monsters drop.
So can anyone explain me how and when I could possibly have an opening to farm my hiram gear, since the highest gearscore players are taking all the spots for themselves ? The least you couldve done is to remove these honor gems during the event, so the people who actually farm would be the ones who need the hiram pieces the most?

So is plate trash?
Now that some more light has come out on the upcoming changes. Is plate pretty much useless now? 90% of weapons are doing more damage to plate, its getting the damage reduction removed, and its already hard to stack magic defense. It just seems plate has no use anymore.

German speaking players wanted!
Gentlemens Club (Ost) ist eine junge Gilde in AA. Fokus ist PvE, PvP nur im Verteidigungsfall und gegen Ganker und Griefer. PvP kann aber ab einer gewissen Größe und nach Abstimmung auch ein Thema sein, wenn die Mehrheit das bevorzugt und konkret ein Ziel gesetzt ist.
Wer wird gesucht?
Du solltest 18+ sein, oder die entsprechende Einstellung zum Spiel mitbringen. TS oder Discord nutzen wir initial nicht, da es mir einfach bei mehreren Spielern zu unübersichtlich wird. Es können sich aber einzelne Gruppen (z.b. in Raids) selber über Discord koordinieren.
Euer Level oder die Klasse die ihr spielt steht nicht im Vordergrund, hauptsache Spaß am Spiel. Wir unterstützen jeden gerne mit eigenen Erfahrungen. Gegenseitige Unterstützung garantiert!
Es gibt bei uns keine Pflichten, jeder spielt wenn es die Zeit erlaubt.
Ansonsten bieten wir ein Gildehaus zum Craften (Armor) und ein kleines Kriegsschiff haben wir auch schon in der Flotte um die Meere zu erforschen.
No Go's: Ganking, Griefing, Drama.

Basic noob weapon crafting question
Diving into crafting weapons. It seems most people start with dungeon drops, but I'm just learning and experimenting, and need to ramp up my proficiency. Please don't flame me cause I'm dumb - I've googled the crap out of the topic and there are so few resources available on basic weapon crafting, and I hate to blow through tons of gold to end up with crap. ;)
I started by buying a Cloaked Illustrious greatsword. I see at the crafting station the Magnificent crafting requirements. Do I have to leave the Illustrious greatsword I bought cloaked? If I uncloak it, will it be unusable as an ingredient for the magnificent?
If I have to leave it uncloaked, do I just keep working my way up, Ephereium, etc?
