Banned

My friend was banned for using a 3rd party and no one seems to care to help him with this issue to get unbanned. He spent 6-8 hours a day during the double drop rate event to farm his Hiram pieces and in the middle of farming one day he was teleported away several times and then eventually banned by a trash automated system. He even has video proof to show he was not botting and your support staff still only gives automated responses and will not unban him. Why is it everytime something happens support is never useful and a forum post or Reddit thread has to be made for something to happen??

Possible Freighter/Vehicle Bug

Sooo, ever since the new update my freighter has been jumping up and down really badly, dont know if anyone else experienced it, but I checked on everything and I dont seem to find any other reason

For the past couple days, I'm getting some random DCs, that didnt happen before, sometimes I'm using like 3-4 clients, and a few of them DC, while other(s) stay fine.

Mistmerrow Raid

After the latest update (July 18th, 2018)
the Mistmerrow Raid did not open at 8UTC as it did the previous days as usual.
The ingame Tab (daily events) does not show anything different...
I could find no info about that on the patch notes...
Anybody has an idea what happened and new time-of-event?

Did i missunderstood or did they mention on live stream value of fishes will increase? Did some fishing and it feels that values are actually reduced and bigger value gap added bringing yet more RNG. Few fishing boats ago 2 Garg sailfish - 15, 16 g, 1 Garg Marlin - 22 g. Is it working as intended or yet another change Trion had no idea about?

Mirage fishing needs to be fixed

If we can now fish for 12 hours and go whenever we like. Then the time when we catch the mirage fish shouldn't count towards the highest score. It should just go by size and not by size and the time you catch the biggest fish. What I mean is that in order to get first place, you have to catch the biggest fish the earliest at possible to get the first place. So why have the time caught fish still in the mirage fishing? It makes it harder to even get first place now, because you'd have to be on super early and catch the biggest fish first. IE: Have the biggest fish at the earliest time. So there is no point to having a 12 hours mirage fishing, because you'd never be able to even get a first place now or second or third, because of the time caught fish. Therefore it makes it seem silly to even have this in the first place. It needs to be fixed and the time caught needs to be removed.

huhu,

bisher hatte ich im Rechner eine SSD (120GB) sowie eine HDD (1TB) ArcheAge war stets auf der HDD installiert und auf der SSD war Windows und diverser anderer Inhalt.

Wäre es sinnvoller AA auf die SSD zu packen, wenn ja, muss dabei etwas beachtet werden? (win10 64bit home)

All,

Trion Worlds saw some departures from the ArcheAge team last week, and we share your sadness. It’s a completely understandable reaction when three strong, public faces won’t be around in the future. I can confidently say that I’ve never worked beside more professional individuals. They will be truly missed and never forgotten.

I realize that some of you have concerns about the state of ArcheAge and that news of any departures only serves to compound them. I would ask you pause for a moment and know that many people at Trion pour their hearts into supporting the game, even though you only see a few of us in public. Other members of the ArcheAge team you might know like Tinen, Socke, BigDataDude, and I are still very much involved and care deeply about the game. Another 60+ people at Trion and the entirety of XLGames remain committed to delivering and improving the game and world you love.

It’s our strong desire to give you a glimpse of the future as soon as possible and I can assure you that even during times of trial we remain focused on the next big milestone. Over the past year, I’ve spent less time in front of you and more time managing the relationships and business aspects that keep ArcheAge running.

Part of that involves face to face meetings with XLGames and one of those is scheduled this week. The team and I will sit down with Jake Song to discuss the current state of the game, upcoming updates like 5.0, and all the content we have planned for 2019.

I’ll have another update for you after those meetings conclude, agreements are reached, and action items are assigned.

The ArcheAge Team at Trion remains committed to you; I remain committed to you.

Possible Return

Hello,
I've played the game on and off since 2014. Last time I briefly played was back when the Warborn and Dwarves were released, but I recently heard about a new Fresh Start server. How is the FS server? Is it overrun with bots/cheaters like I've heard and slowly becoming P2W like the Live servers? Should I just play on the Legacy servers, starting fresh with my old account?
I'm not looking for to rush to end-game content (or even considering end-game) but am looking for crafting, questing, leveling, and a guild to socialize with, basically a casual fun experience. I'll be soloing for the most part, and am looking at playing an Archer of some type (I think I had an elf ranger or druid last, and a firran shaman. I'm looking to remake those two characters again.) Thanks for any/all help :)

FRESH START NUI LAG and DISCONNECTS!

Ever since the patch, not just me, but several are getting lag, disconnected randomly. More so than usual. Its like there are so many cars, new wagons, and other stuff. The server RAM cannot keep up. So it just randomly starts disconnecting people to save memory.

Normally, i had 1 DC a month. Now its lag many times a day, and 2-3 disconnects.

At first i thought well it might be me. But after pings, and tests its not me. I was streaming, hulu, netflix, gomovies, and Watching youtube without a single issue, as a test...i was still pining at 50MS after i turned all that stuff off, i went to 21ms. I have Gigabit internet. and a pretty good computer.

so ramp the damn server up a bit to support players, and the new crap in memory. take it off that safe mode bare min operation..i swear the 50 dollars a month more you will pay in electricity, will get paid by many whales in game, within a day..100 times over.
