Real life information being spread
Since you guys are too busy to answer tickets, you may want to check out what is going on the Nui freshstart server. Players "Okayhand" "Envyy" and "Harveryspecter (Okayhand's alt) have been spamming real life address, names, numbers and information of where people went to school and work in nation chat, shout chat, pretty much any public form. I am not going to post the screenshots here because there is no reason to if you can go through chat logs. Okayhand is gazwaz and he has been banned off of this game 3 times now for irl harassment and doxxing, why is he still around? Can a staff member look into this asap? Over 60 people have submitted tickets regarding this and not one has been answered yet and that is pretty ridiculous.

Game not launching
been trying to load the game in all day long.. when i click on the play button i get user access control box like normal but then nothing happens. ive uninstalled the game 2 times and have used steam ans well as just normal glyph try and nothing is working. does anyone know how to fix this issue??????

- Freshstart with Hiram set available (maybe a pay to play server)
- No farmcart follow at all
- No multiples logins
- All Divine and aboves become bound
Open World PVP Rewards
- We need more from open world pvps... What about item drop on death? But only mats/resources like, wood, irons, seeds, etc...
And no p2win as possible...
If one day it will be possible, i garantee that this server will have queue all day long...
All we need to play Archeage again...

gear imbalance
does anyone feel like a 11k being able to 1 shot a 9k is wrong (i expect to die in 3 hits with the first being a trip thank you)?

How to report Path Blocking
As some need guidance on what to do about Path-blocking, these are the steps you have to take:
1. Log in to your Glyph Account
2. Select 'Help'
3. Select 'Submit a Request'
4. What kind of issue would you like assistance with? -> 'Report a Player - Code of Conduct'
5. Subject: 'Path-Blocking way to Austera' (example)
6. Description: Put in as many information as possible 'Suspectname / How many did block / How did they block / Guild at that certain time / Time of day / Location'
7. Product: Select ArcheAge
8. Report a Player: NPC or Path Blocking
9. ArcheAge Server: Select your Server where the Path Blocking occured
10. Attachements: Add your Screenshots about the Blocking in here so the support got proof that you are a victim to Path Blocking.
Keep in mind that a delay is marked in a red box by Trion Worlds Support Center.

No Patron since 20 Days
Hello I'm reporting here in the forum, because I'm already no patron for over 20 days and the support is insufficient to at least do not care. It started about 20 days ago, despite paying regular players, I had no game. After about 3 tickets I got my patron again, which was lost again after 3 days. Since then, I have been trying to contact support. However, so far has not come to a standstill. Since then I've lost all the bonuses like the loyalty token, Jakeson token and logintrager from last month. I'm about to stop playing the game and get the money back for not having done the job. Another Exploration Help Needed Post
Nuimari Arch at Heroes' Landing
I am here, and assuming the right place:

Forums suggest flying 'through' the arch, not beneath it.
I have flown over the top of it, I have spiralled my way down the centre of it, I have stood on both rotating rocks, run on them like treadmills as they rotate, I have stood on the little ledge near the smaller rotating rock, I have fallen down each gap either side of the large rotating rock, I have fallen down the gap between the smaller rotating rock and the arch wall.
The Korean guide says 'The rocks at the top are right, but hold for a while to find the exact point on that rock', but I'm not sure what I'm missing :/
Any help?

Orchidna's Journals - 12 Abyssal Crystals each !?!
5.0 patch notes say:
"The Abyssal questline has therefore also been removed, but Orchidnas Journals can still be obtained, in the Queens Chamber in the Cinderstone Moore."
Yes, you can get a quest for the journal for each level 55 skill you have equipped in the Queen's Chamber. But the cost to complete each quest is 12 Abyssal Crystals. 132 Abyssal Crystals for the set. Now, there may be a few who think this is a good deal, but I'm guessing most of us are going to decline.
The odd thing is that crystals you spent completing Abyssal Skills before the patch were refunded, but now that you only get a book for doing the remaining quests for the skills you didn't finish before the patch, you have to spend crystals.
I don't know if this was intended or not. My apologies for whining about it if it was.

You should get the item Commander Melchius's Key (note: The Pursecutter is still in your inventory). The quest progression on the quest tracker won't update until you get to this point because it requires all of this to happen. I've looked at it myself and it seems to be working just fine for me.

It is a nice event, easy to get both costumes and different fountains if you do all dailies.

need a gm in kadem please
The same person is blocking all roadways again. Mahadavi bridge, mahadavi checkpoint, entrance to austere. Cherrypacker, cherryfarma, cherryfarmb, manawisp, suckcockforrock, cherrypicker. All one player, please do something permanent. 3 days ongoing. no one can play this game. hes blocking the peace zones. I know you got rid of his vehicles last night but that did nothing. he started back up immediately.
