Ich kann Amoklauf 200 nicht bauen, weil weißes Pigment gefordert wird. Das kann man aber seit dem Update nicht mehr herstellen. Bei der Apexböe wurde das mit dem Pigment korrigiert, bei dem Amoklauf nicht. Liegt es daran das man den im 149 Paket kaufen kann?

Hi there, I'm Davren ...and sometime ago i was banned.
What happened was simple i purchased some apex, and was charged multiple times many times over in seconds, this was confirmed by my bank and the bank statements i provided + screenshots as proof that what is in essense ...another buggy Trion Website issue.
So i submitted numerous help requests to Trion Support, and was told that the apex wasnt on my account despite me submitting updated screenshots with time and date after each response i received back showing that to be incorrect.
Eventually i logged in to find that all my bound armor and weapons on my character as well as the cannons and sails on my ships had dissappeared.
No one else has access to my account and no one has ever accessed my account only me and i live alone.
So i reported this to Trion who refused to respond, no talk of refund, no negotiation nothing.
So needing the money back to pay some upcoming bills which would of been easily taken care of if it wernt for this multiple charging nonsense, i was left with no choice but to chargeback....
About 1-2 weeks later i was banned and since then for monthes i have been appealing to have my account restored.
I've been a loyal subscriber and patron of Archeage for 4 years, not to mention played a fair amount of time on various other games, Defiance, Rift etc ....spent thousands and thousands of dollers.
And what happens when something goes wrong ?
I end up getting banned.
So in short i'd like my account restored please, its been a long time already ...all your doing is depriving yourself of further income and helping to kill the game by removing yet another active player.
I love Archeage for numerous reasons especially as i'm very very VERY good at the game >) ( people will say otherwise ...but if you read between the lines ...they always complaining about me LOL )
SO ...This is a final attempt to reach out and either negotiate for my account to be restored ...or ..and dont take this the wrong way i will have to charge back for the total amount i've spent across all your games seeing as i've been banned from all of them, i've already contacted my bank who have requested i try once more otherwise they will happily carry it out on my behalf as they can prove on their end that the the transactions were not authorised by myself and was a bug on the trion website.

Broken Patron
You see all of these threads about people who have paid for patron and have lost it with 30-90 days left on their accounts and still nothing is being done - tickets are not being answered and no acknowledgement anywhere that there is something wrong and you are working on it. Patron isn't something you can be patient on. Most if not all of us have land that isn't easy to get any longer due to you cramming everyone onto 2 servers. We need help and we need it now.

Lost patron with time time left.
People keep posting, and nothing is being done. I will have to use credits and sell my land if nothing is done by tomorrow, then I will have to demo land and hope not to lose it. Lost loyalty, login stuff, time on event....Not even a response to my ticket.
Are we here alone? Does only the forum admins exist anymore? Pretty crappy way to treat people that have been here since (before) launch.

Cracking down on hackers and exploiters
This is NOT and will likely never be the LAST time I have caught a hacker on this game.
I expect that this player has been abusing this and other hacks for a LONG time.
He's a 13k GS and he had around 11 alts in Hellswamp killing this WB by himself.
If this player isn't banned for blatantly hacking to see me while in stealth over 100m away when not a single piece of gear has stealth detect, no stealth detect skills, no kirin mount stealth detect being used, I am pretty much going to uninstall, because I've had this exact hack be used more than in this instance, and it has routinely ruined pvp for me and others.
You can see I had ample time left on my stealth, so it wasn't as if he targeted me as it turned off. I was already about 15 seconds or so into the stealth, so it wasn't as I was popping stealth either.
I am only posting this here because after a literal MONTH of me and my friends tickets about smaller easier to handle problems not being answered, I knew this would garner the attention necessary to bring this longterm issue me and my friends have had to light.
