You should hire some GMs to login in your Servers, at least sometimes per day, to show our community, you care about your game.

Are there any must-finish quests/questlines before going pirate?
As an example I'm still working on my dream ring.. the 100 sodl/serp kills. Will I be unable to complete it if I go pirate?
There is a large pirate faction on my server so hoping nothing holding me back from joining them.

Bsoei - he is lvl 10 vitalism novice, sells over 200 apex every day for $1 per apex to my guildmates, also tons of gold. We checked and he afks all day long in dwarf start location ("Cloackwork Factory").
Also we noticed after he logins he lists 50-100 apex on AH then logs out

Just came from failed ARK 2.0 (ATLAS) and it got me missing this game....
....but be honest....is it worth getting back into? Are they going to be opening fresh servers again? Is the playerbase low still? I quit last year but this terrible ATLAS game got me missing the old days.
