How to reset UI?

Somehow my carts UI has dissappeared off my screen I tried to lower my resolution to bring it back on the screen but no matter what res I use it's not showing up any way to reset to UI? Tried the reset option in the options menu that just turned off the other actions bars.

Ipnyish Question

So following the guide on the Ipnyish language I'm trying to make a sign for my house in Ipnyish. I'm trying to figure out how a few words be written?

It doesn't really mention anything about silent letters. Would Home be written with "Hir" "Oner" "Minta" or as "Hir" "Oner" "Minta" "Esya"?

With Inoch, I know there is no C in Ipnyish and it says if a C sound would be CK sound use "kidela" "Ond". So would you write it as "Ipi" "Nasya" "Oner" "Kidela" "Ond" or would the H still be added to the word for "Ipi" "Nasya" "Oner" "Kidela" "Ond" "Hir"
