Healing Hymn BROKE
in 5.0 healing hymn can bounce between people. Lets say 2 people in party and one use healing hymn it can bounce between 2-3x time.
In 5.1 it doesnt bounce between player only 1x

Return Player with a few questions
Haven't played since around 2017ish.
After logging in some people recommended I use the Hiram gear. I opened the boxes and got the green Hiram set/weapon/etc. Found a few things that allowed me to upgrade like one piece of gear. But the rest is still green. What's the best way to upgrade this? I tried going out to the Hiram mountains, but the mobs have a 7 over them and destroy me.
So apparently I have missed some changes. What's the best thing I can do to catch up? Pretty confused at this point.

Bugged arena team
I have been stuck in this arena team since the servers went down for maintenance. Unable to participate in arenas at all. Anyone found a fix for this?

Blue Salt Bond for Ayanad and Delphinad Items
In the KR update - they had the ability to exchange Blue Salt Bond for Ayanad and Delphinad gear. Are we getting that next patch? Are we getting that never?

5.1 is a buggy and a mess
- you can now fire a tank from a housing zone and not be able to be attacked back [RIP east GR].
- if attacked outside a housing zone and you do not fight back you can still be killed if you enter a housing zone
- Mounts speed changed without notice
- gems removed from guild and honor shop
- Mistsong aria crash still happens when the boss spawns
- quests names as "555243 do not translate"
- Mistsong drops removed and replaced with a RNG drop
- popup spam for Hiram synthesis
- Golden plains popup does not go away by itself you must close it
- Lunacharms T1 +4/5 missing
- Snowball arena can leave you without any UI when entering
- No option to remove massive arena button and put it back under signpost.
- Snowball arena skills are ping based leading to hits that miss on the client.
- Massive lag spikes / Server wide DC
- D/C on teleport is still a thing...

Still no answer from the support. He said he was busy with the 5.1, so not enough time to take the time to help the players. Then he will prepare the 5.2, so not enough time to help the players. So, given the number of messages you ignore, trust me, players start to desert. ArcheAge players are fighting for this game to work and you show no sympathize. So, players are leaving this disorganized game.
We have sick to talk to a team of ghosts !
It's good to have an operational game but a player is the fuel of your game and a game without players this is not the right idea ! Do not ignore them ...

With limited staff, how would Gamigo even compensate Celestar/Lunaris owners?
Just brainstorming here... with limited staff how would Gamigo respond to this while dealing with server issues and other bugs.
One idea would be a Mirage conversion recipe that requires the original mount (with armor removed) and exchanges for X number of Manastorm Crystals + Bound Mornstones.
This would allow those that invested in the mount some return and the ability to resocket into the mount of their choice without allowing for abuse and protecting the mornstone market on the AH. It would require resources to create the recipe, test, and patch.
- Refund the loyalty? Can be done via mirage conversion recipe for loyalty or manastorm crystals
- Purchased armor with loyalty? ^
- Refund the credits? You gambled and lost. Too hard to track.
- What about the socketed gems?
- What if socketed gems were breakable?
- What about the cost to socket gems?
- What about the cost and materials (mornstones) to remove gems?
