The Exquisite Diaphragm for fishing boats can't be crafted. I realize there are other posts about this, and the solution is to go to a normal carp. bench to craft it, however it does not work there either.
The requirements show that it needs a regular carp. bench however it is still not craftable there. How do you craft them? Why has this been a bug for so long without any fix?
