Currently at T4 but this but I can have it upgraded in a couple of days. I'm looking to get 12.5k for it, but am willing to go cheaper in terms of value if you have a Celestial Delphinad Wave bow to include in a trade. The current cheapest on the AH is @ 14k b/o.
