First of all, I'm pretty sure I have nothing to worry about since this is a legit .dll, however, I figued it wouldn't hurt to get it out there.
I keep getting a false positive on midimapper.dll
This is a file i need to tell windows where to read midi information from (music stuff)
It lets me play, I simply have to press one button extra.
However, I can see this getting frustrating in the end. In my case I doubt a lot of players run around with a midi mapper on their rigs, but is there a way to - in the future get false positives whitelisted?
Is this something we as a playerbase can even influence or is this entirely up to EAC? I imagine other false positives are in the works, that affect far more people than midimapper.
I am currently not worried about getting banned since I know I don't hide any sneaky stuff in this .dll, is this something I should be worried about though? Would be pretty sour to end up surprise banned because I make music..
